Oh, I’m so pleased to have stumbled across this! I spent my earliest years in the second home listed, 300 Center St. and my grandfather was born there! My father and grandfather renovated it in the ’80s, rebuilding and restoring much of the home. It was quite the labor of love and they did a beautiful job. We moved away in 1997, but I any time I have found myself back in the area I am sure to drive by. It’s a lovely home and I’m so glad it was featured here.
The Balch house at 157 Main Street Groveland was built approx 1790. Do you have any other information?

I am wondering why you stopped at 379 Main st ? Our home 381-383 Main st is big beautiful historical home ?
