The Old North Burying Ground on High Street in Ipswich was established in 1634 upon the founding of the town, and is one of the oldest cemeteries in North America.

  1. Is there a cemetery record outside of findagrave.com that lists a Joseph Kimball b 24 Jan 1674 d 04 Nov 1761 having been buried in this cemetery? Please advise.

  2. Cathy Bittner, am looking for grave site of Phillip Fowler he was my 10th great grandfather and settled in Ipswich in 1634 have found a lot about him in the town but nothing on where he was buried he died June 24, 1679. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you
