  2. Hi Gordon, I’ve meant to contact you many times, but haven’t turned thoughts to action. But I just saw a celebration of people inducted into the Ipswich Sports Hall of Fame. It occurred to me that we should give equal attention to the many citizen activists who have worked have enriched our town over the years with little fanfare. I think instituting a Hall of Fame for Citizenship is long overdue. Seems to me that you are just the person who could get such a night of recognition going. I can think of a number of living people who deserve that special recognition. But of course the first people on the list would be emeritus acknowledgement of John and Mary Conley. Doing something like this during the winter when there are fewer pressures on people would be a good idea. I’m certainly willing to help in any way I can.

Hope you will take on this project. Let me know what you think of the idea. Anyway, good to chat with you if only on line.

  3. I would like to visit the Joseph Fowler house and other points of interest in that area in the near future. Is there a good place to park for a shorter walk/photography undertaking of that nature?
